Few words about our 2 Villas, the first one is:
Villa VASIA - It's just below Villa VILLY, completely private and with amazing sea view and a view of the Scorpios island of Onassis, also Meganisi, Prigiponisia, etc.
300 meters from the main road of Perigiali and 600 meters from beach.
Excellent location and natural exterior surrounding space.
Villa Vasia: 141 m², with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, (sleeps up to 8 +1 persons) , plus 2 kitchens / living rooms. The plot area is 1,114.45 m2 .
The villa has 2 levels connected by an external staircase.
The house is on the ground floor 70.42 m2 and on the 1st floor 70.42 m2
Villa Vasia has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with well furnished rooms and fittings, and air-condition throughout.
On the upper floor is a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining area. French windows lead out to the furnished balcony suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a spectacular view over the sea – a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped and has all modern conveniences.
Also on the upper floor the master bedroom with en-suite toilet bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite toilet shower room. Both these bedrooms have ceiling fans and furnished balconies again with magnificent view.

On this level there is also a small second living area with a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen and dining area the same as on the upper floor. French windows lead out onto the pool terrace, a very spacious patio overlooking the swimming pool with a dining table for 10 persons.
Enjoy dining al fresco in this most romantic of settings outdoor with the scent of the flowers from the well attended garden. The 40 m² swimming pool has sun beds and umbrellas and a shower next to the swimming pool.
